SHIPPING POLICY

Free US Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States — no minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery time is 5–12 business days after processing. During peak season (holidays, heat waves — yes, really) delivery can occasionally take a few days longer.

Tracking

Every order includes door-to-door tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Where We Ship From

We work with vetted fulfillment partners overseas, which is how we keep prices low and shipping free. Every order is quality-checked before it ships.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. Once a package ships, we can't redirect it.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
