30-Day Cool-or-Refund Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

If you (or your pet) aren't feeling the relief, email us at hola@chillhush.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — refund or replacement, your choice. No interrogation.

To be eligible for a return, please keep your receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works).

Refund process: once you contact us, we'll confirm the details and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions: sale items and gift cards are final sale unless defective.
